Recap of May 3rd Pop-Up Contest at Azalea Skate Park

Check out the recap video of our first Pop-Up contest for our summer series.
We started at Azalea in east Orlando. This park has been a great local and free spot for kids to skateboard under shade with supplied drinking fountains.

We will be popping up every two weeks at a random skatepark in Orlando to hold a best trick contest and a game of SKATE with the winner and a Galactic G skater. The winners of each contest will have a free ticket to our end of the year contest held at the Orlando Skatepark.

Next contest is May 17th.

This Sunday - May 3rd - will be our first series Pop-Up at a local Orlando skatepark. Make sure you hit a local park for the chance to win "Best Trick" and a Game Of SKATE contest. We are popping up at a random park so check our Facebook page the day of May 3rd to see where we are heading.

We will be popping up to local free parks around the Orlando area, and holding a best trick contest at each park. The winner each time will have a chance to play a game of S.K.A.T.E. against one of our team riders for an additional prize package. Each winner from each park goes on to the final best trick contest which will be held at Orlando Skatepark to go against all the other winners. Contest series will be held only on the weekends.

Focus offered entry to shops for an ad contest in their July/August 2013, 50th Issue, Collectors Edition Magazine.
We entered with an ad we thought would blow your minds... an ad that only gives you a glimpse of what's in store for you if you see the full video from the QR Code.

Well today the magazine is out, the ad went live, the youtube went live... and alas, we attempt to use the QR code, and FAIL!!!  Somehow, someday, at some point, youtube changed the link to our video.  No clue how it happened but we're giving up on winning the ad contest (unless you really like us and feel bad and wanna vote here: VOTE FOR THE G).

But we won't give up on getting the video out there... because it's siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!!  Especially if you know the spot... so here it is... without any QR code...  Kenny Day, in Failed Focus Ad:
